    Ego Heinricus de volchensdorf ad vniuersorum noticiam desidero peruenire tenore presentium profitendo, quod dominus meus jllustris Comes Albertus de Habspurch serenissimi domini mei Romanorum regis primogenitus et eiusdem per Austriam et Stiriam vicarius generalis michi duxit de sua gracia indulgendum, quod castrum meum volchensdorf, quod destructum fuerat, reedificem tali pacto, quod de eodem castro per me uel per meos homines nullus religiosorum uel secularium hominum vllo vnquam tempore molestentur et quod seruiciis predictorum dominorum meorum videlicet Romanorum regis et sui primogeniti comitis alberti de Habspurch omni tempore deuote et fideliter adherebo, ad que omnia me obligo liberaliter et libenter presencium testimonio litterarum. Datum Wienne IX. kalendas Jvnij Anno dominj millesimo ducentesimo octogesimo secundo.
