    Ne ea, que geruntur in tempore, simul labantur cura tempore ... testimonio perhennarj, proinde nos Poppo de grvenpurch declarandum duximus vniuersis presentem ... cturjs, quod Perhtoldo filio nevzelinj et vxorj sue Gertrude et heredibus eorum iure concessimus phevdali quatuor feoda sitas (sic) in ekmansoede perpetualiter possidenda et quod de bonis predictis ego vna cum pueris meis suus, quod in fulgarj (sic) dicitur gwer esse teneor atque volo vt hec actio firma et rata permaneat et inconfulsa, presentem cedulam damus sigilli nostri munimine roboratam Testibus subnotatis: Dominus Hainricus de lauffen et vlricus de colperge iudices anasj, Richerus de hagwalde, Hainricus de husendorf, hainricus siche, Otto dorfmaister, Dietricus de hungersperge, vlricus nendinch, Chunradus rosentrit, Sifridus nevzel, Ludwicus frater suus, Ekkardus gener suus, Gebhardus halber freunt, Marquardus magister pontis, vlricus filius suus, Siboto filius suus, vlricus notarius et alij quam plures.
