Albertus dei gracia Romanorum Rex semper augustus vniuersis sacri Romani jmperij fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis imperpetuum. Ad hoc diuine pietatis prouisio in maiestatis regie solio nos locauit, vt cuncta rimantes et iusticiam recensentes absque personarum delectu vnicuique, quod suum est, reddere debeamus. Considerantes igitur, quod nobis de ducatibus Austrie et Styrie, quorum dominio et regimini prefuimus in minoribus potestatibus constituti, ad Romanum gubernandum jmperium accersitis nulli dicioni nostre subiecto quanto forcius nec liberis nostris karissimis, vt eisdem debitum geniture affectum et ordinem obseruemus, jura sua debeamus aliquatenus denegare. Notum fieri volumus tam presentis temporis quam future posteritatis jmperij Romani fidelibus vniuersis, quod nos de libero et expresso consensu principum jmperij jus in eleccione regis Romani de jure et antiqua consuetudine obtinencium principatus siue ducatus Austrie et Styrie nec non dominia Carniole, marchie ac portusnaonis cum vniuersis honoribus, juribus, libertatibus et pertinencijs suis jllustribus Rudolfo, Friderico, Lupoldo et alijs filijs nostris karissimis apud Nuremberch cum vexillis et sollempnitate debita et consueta concessimus in feodum ac ipsos ceptro regio inuestiuimus de eisdem et principum jmperij numero, consorcio et collegio aggregantes eosdem ipsisque jus principum concedentes ab eis pro principatibus et dominiis memoratis fidelitatis et homagij recepimus iuramentum. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc nostre concessionis infringere graciam vel eidem in aliquo ausutemerario contraire, quod, qui secus attemptare presumpserit, grauem nostre maiestatis offensam se nouerit incurrisse. In cuius rei testimonium et perpetui roboris firmitatem presentes litteras exinde conscribi et regie maiestatis nostre sigillo iussimus communiri. Testes sunt venerabilis Gerhardus maguntinensis.
