Fridericus Dei gratia Dux Austrie et Styrie, Dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portus naonis vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis salutem et omne bonum. Dignum iudicat ratio et congruum arbitramur, ut, quod Serenissimus dominus ac progenitor noster karissimus dominus Rudolphus inclite recordationis Romanorum rex nec non excellentes principes Duces Austrie nostri predecessores illustres egerunt cum humilibus generose, nostra excellentia non revocet set confirmet. Nos igitur eorumdem vestigiis inherentes fidelibus nostris Dilectis de Lobenstein universis de gratia concedimus speciali, sicut illustris Fridericus dux Austrie predecessor noster progenitoribus eorundem de Lobenstein dato sibi super hoc instrumento dinoscitur indulsisse, ut omnia victualia eorum, quê pro domibus suis habuerint necessaria, adducant iure perpetuo sine inuta et sine exactione qualibet Annuatim, Mandantes firmiter et precise, ut nullus eosdem contra nostre concessionis mandatum veniens aliqualiter molestare presumat, sicut gravem indignationis nostre offensam voluerint euitare. In quorum et cuiuslibet premissorum euidenciam atque robur sigillum nostrum duximus presentibus appendendum. Datum Lintze Anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo vndecimo quarto kalendas Maii.
