159. 1212 (regni nostri anno 8). Andreas, Ungariae rex, petenti Theoderico, „crucifero hospitalis S. Marie de Accaron, quae (l. quod) quondam fuit in Ierusalem", et fratribus eius in Transsilvania constitutis concedit, ut monetarii terram eorum non intrent, sed pro argento populo ibi fuffi- cientem nummorum vim novae monetae ipsis dent, quum regno sint con- tra Cumanos firmum propugnaculum.
