    Viris prudentibus et discretis iudicibus, scabinis et consulibus civi- tatis Coloniensis Walterus dictus Vrie de Derne honoris et promo- tionis quidquid potest. Noverit vestra discretio et presentibus pro- testor, me habuisse et recepisse a venerabilibus viris Rigolpho dicto Overstolz et Johanne dicto Hardevust decem marchas Coloniensis pagamenti, in quibus michi tenemini singulis annis, de quibus decem marchis vos clamo quitos. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum meum presens est appensum.

    Datum anno domini millesimo trecentesimo nono, in crastino beati Martini hyemalis.
