    Nos Aleydis magistra totusque conventus sanctimonialium ecclesie 1270 s. Maxiuiini in Colonia, notum esse cupimus universis tam preseutibus quam futuris, quod nos unam decimam partem domus site in platea Reni retro domum Werneri dicti Overstoltz civis Coloniensis, ubicum- que in recta divisione nobis poterat accidere et sicut eam iam viginti annis et amplius in quieta possessione tenuimus, tradidimus et remi- simus domui sancti Spiritus in Colonia et effestucavimus super ipsa ita, quod dicta domus sancti Spiritus memoratam particulam libere optinebit et divertere poterit ad sue beneplacitum voluntatis. Nos insuper domui sancti Spiritus sepedicte promisimus omne dampnum, si quidem occasione dicte decime partis forsan in posterum sustinuerit, in integra restauratione. In cuius rei testimonium et firmitatem sigil- lum nostrum presentibus est appensum.

    Actum anno domini mcclxx, mense Junio.
