Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Vogelo et Johanna liberi Richolfi Gir et Gertrudis optinuerunt de morte parentum suo- rura tertiam partem domus et aree site inter lobia, que quondam fuit coquina Ulrici Rufi, ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibidem iacet et ubi ipsos in partitione attinget et sicut dicti parentes eorum dictam hereditatem in sua habebant proprietate, ita quod iure et sine contradictione optinebunt. Hoc per scabinos de domo civium testificatum est.
