    Nos Sifridus dei gratia sancte Coloniensis ecclesie archiepiscopus sacri imperii per Italiam archicancellarius iudicibus, scabinis, con- silio et universis civibus Coloniensibus fidelibus suis karissimis gra tiani suam et omne bonum. Fidelitatem vestram rogamus seriose, qnatenus centum marcas, quas nobili viro Walleramo dicto de Juliaco domino de Bergheim solvere tenemini in festo beati Martini hyemalis proximo nunc futuro, anno revoluto in eodem festo detis et solvatis nomine dicti Wallerami Vogeloni dicto Kune militi vestro concivi vel suis heredibus legitimis. Nos enim vos clamamus de eisdem et procu- rabimus quod Walleramus predictus similiter vos clamabit liberos et solntos, dummodo dicte centum marce per vos eidem Vogeloni vel suis heredibus fuerint assignate.
