Abstract
Ego walterus quondam abbas Tuiciensis notum facio uniuersis, 1260 quod ego renuntio libere omni actioni, quam habui contra Ciues co- lonienses aut aliquis amicorum meorum occasione mei, siue sit de rebus mobilibus siue de immobilibus siue de aliis quibuscunque, et hoc sub sigillo meo protestor.
Walter, friiher Abt von Deutz, bekundet, dais er und seine Freunde sich aller Anspruche gegen die Stadt Koln begeben. — 1260, 1. Marz.
