Ma- rie ad gradus in Colonia notum facimus uniuersis has litteras inspe- cturis, quod
ius, si quod habuimus in domibus siue bonis adiacenti- bus antique turri ecclesie
Coloniensis, ubi poni libri ipsius ecclesie consueuerunt, ex opposito contra domum,
que vocatur Wolkinburg, in Drankgazze, ipsi ecclesie Coloniensi libere contulimus,
omni actioni, que nobis posset competere in posterum super ipsarum domorum seu bonorum
possessione, ad honorem b. Petri et dicte ecclesie renun- ciantes presentium
testimonio litterarum sigillorum nostrorum muni- mine signatarum.
