Soror L. prelata totusque in valle beate Marie conuentus uniucr- sis presens scriptum inspecturis salutem in domino. Notum esse uo- lumus, quod diligenti tractatu prehabito prospicientes ecclesie nostre expedire de communi consensu uendidimus ecclesie sanctorum Aposto- lorum in Colonia annuatim censum trium solidorum, quem habuimus de domo sita prope capellam sancti Reinoldi in Colonia. Ne autem hec actio tam rationabiliter consummata in posterum ab antiquo pos- sit turbari, propter abundantem cautelam presentem cartam conscribi fecimus et sigillo ecclesie nostre communiri.
