1262 Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Vdo dictus
rode- stoc pro remedio anime sue tradidit et remisit vnam marcam here- ditarii census,
quem habebat in dimidietate domus et aree site proxime curie burgrauii uersus curiam
abbatisse s. Marie, que quon- dam fuit mansio Gerardi Macri et in una quarta parte
domus et aree site retro domum suprascriptam uersus blindeiobannis Gazzin ubi- cumque
dicte hereditates ipsum in partitione attingunt ad minores fratres ad illuminationem
altaris omnium sanctorum siti retro sum- mum altare perpetuo, ita quod dicta marca
nulla necessitate urgente alias diuertatur nisi ad illuminationem suprascripti
altaris, que marca hereditarii census soluenda est in assumptione beate Marie uel
infra quatuor septimanas postea ad longius, tali captione, quod si dictus census in
termino statuto persolutus non fuerit, ut supra- scriptum est, dicta dimidietas domus
predicte cum quarta parte do- mus supracripte cedet ad illuminationem dicti altaris
libere et abso- lnte et sine aliqua contradictione saluo usufructu uite hadewigis
matris henrici in dicta dimidietate domus obtinenda.
