Item convenientibus nobis in unum in primo colloquio statuto,
in civitate coloniensi, anno domini mcclvI in epiphania domini, multa de sancte pacis
negotio pertractantes, statuimus etiam ibidem, quod aliqua civitatum federe pacis
coniunctarum ab aliquo fuerit gravata, ipsa civitas, si poterit, hoc per se
vindicabit; sin autem, viciniores sibi convocabit ad vindictam. Et si talis fuerit
aduersarius, quod in hoc non poterunt procedere sufficienter, nos omnes, totis viribus
no- stris coadunatis, sicut proprium diligimus honorem, contra tales in- surgemus,
nostras iniurias et gravamina communia reputantes.
