Paternitati uestre significamus, quod in presentia magnatum de consilio nostro consensimus, quod matrimonium con- trahatur inter dominum Imperatorem et dilectam sororem nostram Isabellam, ita quod cadem soror nostra per uerba dc presenti con- sensit in ipsum Imperatorem per dilectum nobis magistrum Pctrum de Vinea nuncium ipsius ac in hoc procuratorem ipsius ImpeiatoIis. Et idem Pctrus consensum ciusdem sororis nostre recepit et uomine ipsius Imperatoris per ucrba de presenti in ipsam cousensit et in anima ipsius Imperatoris iurauit, quod idem Imperator ipsam soiorem uostram ducet in uxorem. Scire uos cupientes, quod bene ueneritis, et quod de aduentu uestro plurimum gaudemus, grates sanctitati uestre copiosas rcferentes, quod de hiis, que personam uostram simul et honorem nostrum respicere uideutur, diligenter laborare uoluistis, scituri, quod ducatui uestro, una cum nnnciis nostris, ipsam sororem nostram libentissime commendamus.
