In nomine domini amen. vniuersis christi fidelibus, ad quos littere iste peruenerint, Magister C. canonicus Maioris ccclesie, Magister Th. sancti Laurentii ct C. sancti Petri Plebani colonienses iudices a do- mino legato delegati salutem in domino. Cum causa uerteretur coram nobis inter ecclesiam sanctorum martyrum ex una parte et abbatem et Connentum sancti nycolai in Brvwilrc ex altera super cau- tione euictionis de bonis apud aspth, que sunt permutata cum aliis * bonis in wistubbe ct quibusdam iurualibus ac prouentibus quorundam iurnalium ac aliis tandem in arbitros compromise- runt sub pena quinquaginta marcarum se ad inuicem obligantes, quod per omnia starent eorum arbitrio et ordinationi et nos partem ue- nientem contra arbitrium ad pene prctaxate solutionem compellere mus. Cum igitur arbitrium et ordinalio coram nobis sollempniter publicata a partibus sint recepta et expresse approbata, nos ancto- ritate nobis commissa ea confirmamns ct sub pena pretaxata prece- pimus obseruari. ad maiorem igitur sccuritatem et fidem faciendam in posterum predictum arbitrium et ordinationem ucrbo ad ucrbum bis litteris fecimus inseri et sigillis nostris communiri. Forma autem arbitrii et ordinationis talis est.')
