Notum sit, quod Gerardus dictus schadelant et uxor eius hele- wigis emerunt sibi dimidium murum erga Gerardum dictum duppin- man et uxorem eius Elisabetb et hoc cum consensu Methildis matris Elisabetb situm uersus sanctum marcellum, ita quod predictus Ge- rardus scadelant et uxor eius helewigis in continenti optinebunt.
