Nos Judex, Scabini Ceterique Consules et vniuersi Ciues Oppidi
in Telget Tenore presentium publice protestamur, quod Ciues Ciui- tatis Coloniensis
vniuersos in pacem recepimus generalem iuxta for- mas, Conditiones et modos, quos nos
Ciuitati Maguntinensi ac aliis Ciuitatibus superioribus pacis federe copulatis
iurauimus obseruare, promittentes et iurantes, quod pacem eandem fideliter et
inuiolabili- ter supradictis Ciuibus a die beate Margarete proxime nunc instanti per
Nouem annos obseruare volumus et debemus, secundum quod in litteris super boc
confectis plenius continelur. In cuius rei testimo- nium et firmitatem presentem
paginam exinde conscriptam memoratis Ciuibus sigillo nostri oppidi tradidimus
communitam.
