Notum sit omnibus, quod Sophie de obitu patris sui Gerrardi dicti Macri cessit tercia pars domus et aree, que uocatur ad gane- zen [anserem]1), ita quod obtinebit. Item notum sit, quod predicta Sophia tradidit et remisit predictam terciam partem dicte domus et aree marito suo Gerrardo dicto de kuchenheim, ita quod obtinebit. Item notum sit, quod Gertrudis mater Sophie remisit predictis Ger- rardo et Sophie suum usumfructum in prefata tercia parte dicte he- reditatis, ita quod obtinebunt. Item notum sit, quod prefati Gerrar- dus et Sophia tradideruut et remiserunt predictam terciam partem dicte hereditatis Rinero dicto bussen et Agneti vxori sue, ita quod obtinebunt.
Sophie, welcher ein Antheil an dem Hause zur Gans zugefallen, ubertragt denselben ihrem Manne etc. — 1254.
