Abstract
Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Gerardus longus et uxor sua aleidis posuerunt in pignore dimidietatem domus, que turris saphiri dicitur, philippo dicto gebfir et uxori sue Gertrudi pro centum mavcis Colon. den. in die sancti andree redimendam nunc proxime futuro, ita uidelicet si dicte centum marce die predicto prefatis phi- lippo et uxori sue non persolute fuerint, proprietas dicte dimidietatis domus, que turris saphiri dicitur, ad manus ph. et uxoris sue G. libere et absolute et sine omni contradictione uoluetur, sicut idem Gerardus in sua possidet proprietate.
