Abstract
H. dei gratia Coloniensis archiepiscopus omnibus christi fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis salutem in salutis auctore. Uniuersitati uestre facimus manifestum, quod nos quicquid iuris habebamus in area, que est in ueteri fossato prope nouam portam, contulimus con- uentui s. Marie Magdalene, ut ibidem edificent, prout eis videbitur expedire. Et ne de nostra donatione dubitatio possit aliquo tempore suboriri, presentem cartam sigilli nostri duximus mnnimine robo- randum.
Erzbischof Heinrich schenkt dem Kloster der weissen Frauen eine Grundflache in dem alten Graben bei der neuen Pforte, um sich da- selbst anzubauen. — Koln, 1229, im September.
