Nr. XXXXV. — 1336. — Kaiser Ludwig bekundet, er habe nach Rath seines Hofes
verordnet, dass wer von ihm und dem Reiche Burgen, Lander oder andere Giiter pfand- weise
innebabe, dieselben weder ganz noch getheilt ohne seinen Consens an andere Personen
iibertragen konne, wenn es demselben zur Zeit der Verpfandung durch Briefe nicht gestattet
