Nr. CLXXIX. — 1220. — Es wird erkannt: quod nul- lam auctoritatem seu
warandiaui thelonei vel monete in dampnum sive preiudicium alicuius prestare possimus.
Die— sem Satze entsprechend verkiindet Friedrich II. weiter, dass, da uber die Zolle und
Miinze, welche der Graf von Geldern von ihm zu tragen behaupte, Klagen entstanden seien,
er ihm deshalb keine Gewahr leiste, vielmebr ihm jede Zoll- erhebung am Khein und jede
