5. Mai 1313, Ljubljana[1]
Henrik, kralj na češkem in Poljskem, vojvoda na Koroškem, grof na Tirolskem in Goriškem itd.,[2]potrjuje vodji kamniškega špitala Alardu nakup zemljišča v Javorju pri Gozdu (in Silua) od sinov kamniškega meščana Herborda. Zemljišče in špital jemlje v svoje varstvo, varuje pa ga kranjski vicedom.
