Notarski instrument notarja Janeza, sina Henrika Walcha iz Walseeja, javnega notarja škofije Konstanca (Constanticensis dyocesis) s cesarskim pooblastilom, s katerim razsodi stiški opat Jakob v sporu med Janezom Milo, duhovnikom škofije Mainz (Moguntinensis dyocesis) in Friderikom iz Burghausna (Purchausen) iz salzburške škofije (Salczpurgensis dyocesis) kot zastopnikom gornjegrajskega samostana, o pripadnosti župnijske cerkve v Škalah (Schalachtal)v korist gornjegrajskega samostana.
