Čevljar Ivan s Kajžarja (von Caysersperg) se poroči z Otilijo, s pastorko mariborskega meščana in peka Tomaža Freinstetterja (Otilia... Thoman Freinstetter peck, burger zw Marchpurg), ki mu je prinesla za doto dvajset funtov denarja. Zato Ivan zapiše svoji ženi za jutrnjo štirideset funtov denarjev štajerske deželne veljave in še polovico premičnin. V listini se podrobno določajo pogoji hasnovanja premoženja. Listino sta pečatila Bernardin Druckher (Bernhardin Druckher) in Tomaž Pücher (Thoman Puecher).
