Ptujski meščan Ivan Unger (Hans Vnger, burger zu Pettaw) proda kot oskrbnik otrok Konrada Tullingerja (Contzen Tullingers) in njegove žene Barbare hišo s pripadajočim zemljiščem v mestu Maribor (in Marchpurg in der statt) na (Glavnem) trgu. Posest leži med hišo otrok Ivana Saylerja in hišo Štefana Staudeckerja (Stawteckers). Posest je bila s privoljenjem mariborskega mestnega sodnika Petra Vernerja Preysa (Peter Wernnher Preysen) prodana Matiji Rosenzweigu (Mathiasch Rosenzweyck). Letno se daje po tri in pol denarja zemljiškega davka. Listino je pečatil mestni sodnik.
