Mestni sodnik in svet (der stat Marchburg) prodata mariborskemu meščanu Ivanu Heyssu (Hanns Heyssn) in dedičem vrt z vsem pripadajočim pred Ulrikovimi vrati (vor sanndt Vlrichs thor). Posest meji s spodnjo stranjo na vrt čevljarja Ivana Winterja (Hanns Winther), z drugo stranjo pa na vrt usnjarja Matije iz Dornave (Mathiasch Dornauer) in na vrtova Eberharda Grebmerja in Jurija Zengerhofferja. Letno se daje mestu po eno polovico denarjev, Janezovi cerkvi pa po dvaindvajset denarjev. Pečateno z mariborskim mestnim pečatom. Aussteller: mesto Maribor Empfänger: Ivan Heyss, mariborski meščan, in dediči
