Marko Katerperger (Marx Khaterperger) se zaveže, da bo nosil vsa bremena in plačeval vse davščine, kot so jih dolžni ostali mariborski meščani. Marko je kupil hišo v mestu Mariboru (in der statt Marchburg), med "ainer freyen gassen" in posestjo ter hišo Mateja Langa (Mathesen Lanng). Hišo je s privoljenjem mestnega magistrata kupil od Barbare, rojene pl. Prannkh. Listino je pečatil njen izstavitelj. Aussteller: Marko Katerperger
