Nadvojvoda Karel II. podeli mariborskemu mestnemu sodniku, svetu in občini (richter, rath vnd der ganzen gmain... statt Marchburg) v zakup po kupnem pravu k meščanskemu špitalu pripadajočo njivo na Lebarjah (am Lebarn), skupaj z vrtom, na katerem je stala parma. Za hasnovanje posesti se daje v mariborski urad in grad (ambt vnnd burckh Marchburg) letno po dvajset krajcarjev. Aussteller: nadvojvoda Karel II. Empfänger: mesto Maribor
