Abstract
17400505, mariborski grad (burgg zu Mahrburg)
Franc Jakob, grof Brandis (Frantz Jacob graf und herr von und zu Brandis), lastnik gospoščin grad Maribor (herrschafften burg Mahrburg) in Zgornji Maribor (Ober Mahrburg) ter Betnave (Windenau) itd., podeli Matiji Visočniku (Matthia Fisotschnigg) in njegovi ženi Marinci (Marinca) v zakup po kupnem pravu kmetijo na Pohorju (am Pacher). Kmetija meji zgoraj na puščo Ulrika Vedenika (Vlrich Wedenigg), desno na potok Reko (Röckhä), levo na Jerneja Novaka (Arne Nouackh), spodaj pa na Tomaža Verdelina (Thoma Werdelin). Za hasnovanje kmetije se daje letno po petnajst goldinarjev. Aussteller: Franc Jakob, grof Brandis, lastnik gospoščin grad Maribor in Zgornji Maribor ter Betnave itd. Empfänger: Matija Visočnik in njegova žena Marinca
