Franc Jakob, grof Brandis (Frantz Jacob… graf und herr von und zu Brandis), gospod mariborskih gospoščin itd., podeli bratovščini Naše ljube gospe v Šmartnem na Pohorju (ad Sanctum Martinum am Bacher) kupno pismo za vinograd v Prebukovju (in Praittenbuch). Vinograd meji zgoraj in levo na kmetijo Martina Sekirnika (Martin Seckhürnigg), desno na vinograd Gregorja Verbeka (Gregor Werbegg), spodaj pa na vinograd Marka Letnika (Marco Lettnigg). Podpisal in pečatil je grajski oskrbnik Franc Anton Koberwein (Franz Antoni Koberwein). Aussteller: Franc Jakob, grof Brandis, gospod mariborskih gospoščin itd. Empfänger: bratovščina Naše ljube gospe v Šmartnem na Pohorju
