Studeniška priorica Marija Neža (Maria Agnes priorin) izstavi za Jakoba Tancerja (Jacob Tanzer), usnjarskega mojstra v trgu Studenicah (markt Studeniz), kupno pismo za kos dominikalne zemlje v uradu Studenice (amt Studeniz). Priorica dovoljuje Tancerju postaviti si na tej zemlji stope. Posest meji zgoraj na zemljo Jerneja Murgla (Jerne Murgel), nato na Studeniški potok (Studenizer bach), spodaj pa na Dravinjo (Drannfluss). Za hasnovanje zemlje se daje samostanu letno po goldinar. Aussteller: Marija Neža, studeniška priorica Empfänger: Jakob Tancer, usnjarski mojster v trgu Studenicah
