Jakob Szekely (Jacob Zekel von Kewend), gospod Ormoža (herr zu Fridau), oprošča prebivalce svojega trga Središča (markt Polsteraw) dajanja letnega činža in opravljanja tlake, ker so težke razmere tržane močno prizadele. Kot nadomestilo za oboje pa morajo tržani dajati letno po petdeset goldinarjev. Če pa bi Jakobovi nasledniki kdaj prišli v stisko, smejo činž in opravljanje tlake ponovno zahtevati.
