Matevž Pečar iz Trčove (Mathe Petschar zw Tepscha) proda s svojo sestro Jero (Gedrut) mariborskemu mestnemu sodniku, svetu in občini (stat Marchburg) vinograd z vsem pripadajočim na Celestrinskem vrhu (im Sellestrinberg) in ki sodi v mariborski urad. Posest leži poleg vinograda župnijske cerkve sv. Janeza v Mariboru in vinograda Ivana Vischerja, doseže javno cesto, na sredini pa meji na vinograd Marijine cerkve na Gorci pri Sv. Petru (an vnnser frauen kirchn ob sannd Peter). Prodano s privoljenjem mariborskega oficiala Gregorja Regala iz Rač (Gregorien Regalln zw Kranischsfeld). Za hasnovanje se daje v mariborski urad letno po vodno vedro mošta in dva denarja. Listino je pečatil omenjeni Gregor.
