Jurij Osel (Jorg Osl), oskrbnik na gradu Limbušu (hausphleger auff dem geschloss Lembach), poroči Dorotejo, hčer mariborskega meščana in mesarja Pavla Schintlingerja (Paull Schintlinger, fleischackher, burger zu Marchburg) in hčer Magdalene. Doroteja je Juriju prinesla za doto v zakon vse nepremičnine in premičnine, zato ji mož zapiše za jutrnijo vse svoje premično in nepremično premoženje, ki ga ima in tistega, ki si ga bo še pridobil. Listina podrobno določa pogoje hasnovanja in dedovanja premoženja.
