15440203, Maribor (zu Marchburg)
Pankracij Schratenpach (Pangratz Schratennpach), oskrbnik na Žovneku (phleger zu Sanegg), proda mariborskemu meščanu Juriju Oslu (Georgen Osel, burger zu Marchburg), njegovi ženi Doroteji in vsem dedičem domec "in der Lausgassen bey dem vnndern pollwerch", ki so ga imeli v lasti Jožef Vischer, nato pa Pavel Schintlinger. Za hasnovanje posesti se je doslej dajalo Pankracijevemu pokojnemu očetu Vincencu Schratenpachu, nato pa Pankraciju letno po šestdeset denarjev, dve kokoši in dvajset jajc. Listino je pečatil njen izstavitelj. Aussteller: Pankracij Schratenpach, oskrbnik na Žovneku Empfänger: Jurij Osel, mariborski meščan, njegova žena Doroteja in vsi dediči
