Mariborski mestni sodnik, svet in šesterica (der statt Marchburg) izročajo Petru, sinu Gašperja iz Žitečke vasi (Pettern des Casparn zu Seittendorff) in vsem njegovim dedičem v zakup po gorskem pravu mestni vinograd na "Sebrach pergau". Posest meji na mestni gozd, na vinograd Petrovega brata Jurija in na vinograd Ivana Gladessa (Hannsen Gladess). Letno se daje po vodno vedro mošta in gorsko polovico denarja. Pečatilo mariborsko mesto. Aussteller: mesto Maribor Empfänger: Peter, sin Gašperja iz Žitečke vasi in vsi njegovi dediči
