Abstract
15691130, Maribor (zu Marchburg)
Mariborski meščan Adam Scharttenberger (burger zu Marchburg) proda s svojo ženo Cecilijo in z vsemi dediči someščanu Adamu Hallerju, njegovi ženi Uršuli in vsem dedičem vinograd "im Preisberg". Posest meji na desni na Hallerjev vinograd, na levi na vinograd mariborskih minoritov, z zgornjo stranjo na cesto, s spodnjo pa na Hallerjev vinograd. Za hasnovanje se daje meljski komendi pri Mariboru (gotshaus s. Catherina zw Melling) letno po štiri vodna vedra mošta in po dva gorska denariča. Listino je pečatil vitez Jakob, pl. Gloiach, komtur v Fürstenfeldu (ritter, comendator ze Fürstenfeld) in Melju (Melling). Aussteller: Adam Scharttenberger, mariborski meščan, s svojo ženo Cecilijo in z vsemi dediči Empfänger: Adam Haller, mariborski meščan, njegova žena Uršula in vsi dediči
