Nadvojvoda Karel II. podeli mariborskemu sodniku in svetu (richter vnd ratt vnnserer statt Marchburg) v zakup po gorskem pravu vinograd ceha mariborskih pekov (der peckhen bruederschafft). Posest meji s spodnjo stranjo na vinograd in na prešo Davida Ungnada (Dauiden Vngnaden), z desno stranjo meji na mestni vinograd, z levo na vinograd Papičevih dedičev (des Papitsch erben), z zgornjo stranjo pa na gozd gospoda Ivniškega (des von Eybeswald). Za hasnovanje zemlje se daje v mariborski deželnoknežji urad letno po računsko vedro mošta in po dva denarja. Aussteller: nadvojvoda Karel II. Empfänger: mesto Maribor
