Ferdinand Marija, grof Attems (Ferdinand Maria… graf von Attems), gospod gospoščine vurberške (Wurmberg) itd., podeli na prošnjo Andreja Žoherja (Andre Schocher) in njegove žene Uršule (Ursula) le-tema ščitno pismo za vinograd pri Zgornjem Dupleku (in Ober Teilblingberg). Vinograd, ki ga je dobila Uršula kot doto, meji zgoraj na sogornika Mateja Šloserja (Mathe Schlosser), spodaj na Dravo (an die Draa), desno na sogornika Andreja Kristla (Anndre Kristl), levo pa na gorskopravna zemljišča graščine Ravno polje (Ebensfeld).
