Sigmund von Lychtenwerg in njegova žena Marjeta ustanavljata v minoritski cerkvi sv. Marije v Celju večne maše in obletnico, za kar podeljujeta samostanu dve kmetiji v Novi vasi, na katerih gospodarita kmet Urban in njegov sin.
