Abt Niclas und der Konvent von Gotztal, genannt Sewsenstain, überlassen Hans dem Gegenauf und seiner Frau ihren Hof zu Mairhofen in Espeinshofer Pfarre gegen einen Egididienst von je 4 Mut Korn und Hafer nach Lempekcher Maß, dazu eine Instandhaltung der Gebäude, Dächern, Zimmern, Zäunen und Feldbau auf 9 Jahre.
