    Ego Guido, comes Flandrie et marchio Namurcensis, notum esse volo tam presentibus quam futuris, quod libertatem, quam bone memorie Philippus, olim Flandrie et Viromandie comes, ecclesie sancti Bertini dedit, de foro in villa de Pouperinghe habendo et de navigio ibidem faciendo, sicut carta ipsius, quam coram me legi feci, eidem ecclesie indulget, et confirmacionem, quam Johanna, olim Flandrie et Haynonie comitissa, bona matertera mea, super dono superius ex presso, ipsi ecclesie confirmavit, cujus confirmationis tenorem plenius inspexi. Ego comes prenotatus ipsi ecclesie simili modo confirmo, et tam hoc tam quod liberaliter consentio pro salute anime mee et predecessorum meorum. In cujus rei testimonium presentes litteras emisi sigilli mei munimine roboratas. Datum anno Domini millesimo ducentesimo septuagesimo primo, mense januario.
