Noverit nniver- sitas vestra, quod nos de communi consensu et assensu vendidimus ecclesie sancti Bertini, in sancto Audomaro, unam pechiunculam terre, sicut jacet, continentem unam mensuram vel cireiter, jacentem infra terras et juxta curtem dicte ecclesie, sitam in parrochia de Snelgherskerka, quam Sygerus, dictus Olvin, a nobis sub annuo ceusu octo solidorum et quatuor denariorum tenere solebat, pro quinque marchis Flandrensibus, triginta quatuor solidos pro qualibet marcha, nobis ex parte dicte ecclesie in paratis denariis amicabiliter persolutis. Quam pecuniam a predicta ecclesia pro predicta terra sumptam in utilitatem ecclesie nostre, vide licet emendo alias terras, convertiraus evidentem. Et ne quis successorum nos- trorum in posterum aliquod jus in predicta terra tam legitime vendita poterit reclamare, contulimus ipsi ecclesie sancti Bertini presentes litteras sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratas. Datum et actum anno Domini millesimo ducen tesimo quinquagesimo septimo, mense februario.
