    Noverint universi presentes litteras inspecturi, quod ego, Boidinus de'Meternes, miles, promisi abbati et conventui saneti Bertini, quod post reditum meum a terra Albigensi, infra quadraginta dies postquam submonitus fuero a dicto ab- bate, omnes conventiones factas inter me et abbatem et conventum predictos de decima de Baeswareston per ballivum Atrebatensem, sicut in litteris ipsius bal- livi contiuetur, plenius adimplebo, et dictas conventiones coram comite Flandrie et domino de Comines recognoscam, et ipsos aiTectuose rogabo, ut abbati et conventui predictis de hoc dent litteras suas patentes. He�? autem promisi adim- plere sub pena sexaginta librarum Parisiensium, quas solvam abbati et conventui supradictis, si non fecero que promisi. In cujus rei testimonium presentes litteras munimine sigilli mei roboravi. Datum anno Domini millesimo ducentesimo qua dragesimo, in Nativitate beate Marie.
