      Noverint universi presens scriptum visuri et audituri quod nos Gerlacus decanus ecclesie sancti Castoris et Philippus gar- dianus fratrum minorum in Conduentia vidimus et legimus de verbo ad verbum diligenter attendentes litteras nobilis viri H. domini de Isenburg et domini Dythardi de Paffendorph militis integras non abolitas non cancellatas non rasas nec in aliqua sui parte viciatas quarum tenor talis:

      Universis etc. H. dominus de Isenburg salutem etc. Acta sunt hec anno domini m.cc.lxxx primo, in exaltatione sancte crucis.

      Universis etc. Dythardus de Paffendorph miles cupio etc. Datum in crastino beati Mauricii et sociorum eius, anno do- mini M.cc. nonagesimo octavo.

      In cuius rei testimonium ad petitionem dictorum . . com- mendatoris et fratrum presenti littere sigilla nostra duximus apponenda. Datum anno domini m.cc. nonagesimo octavo, in die beatorum Cosmi et Damiani martirum.
