Noverint tam presentes quam futuri, quod nos litteras pie recordationis vene- rabilis fratris nostri Ottonis Traiectensis episcopi, dilectis nobis in Christo fratribus domus Theutonice indultis, non abolitas nec cancellatas nec in aliqua sui [parte] viciatas, perspeximus et perlegimus in hac forma:
