      Nos frater Iohannes dictus abbas totusque conventus in Hemmenrod. Universis presentibus et futuris significamus, quod eonscivimus, fratrem Iacobum nostrum monachum exhibicione presencium procurare in causis que verterentur inter nos ex una parte et fratres domus Tbeutonicorum ex altera. Dantes eidem omnem potestatem pro nobis in hac parte, quam debet ac potest babere, prout et hoc per presens nostri sigilli muni- mine roboramus. Oatum anno domini m.cc.lxxx. tercio, in crastino decollationis beati Iohannis baptiste.
