Hinc est quod nos vestris supplicationibus inclinati vobis auctoritate presentium indulgemus ut illis, qui pro favore impenso quondam Fr. Romanorum imperatori aut Conrado seu Manfredo natis eius vel pro quacumque alia causa suspensionis aut interdicti vel excommunicationis sententia sunt legati et vestro cupiunt aggregari collegio, fratres presbiteri vestri ordinis possint absolutionis beneficium iuxta formam ec- clesie impertiri, dummodo ipsi habitum vestre religionis assu- mant et sub illa una vobiscum virtutum domino perpetuo famu- lentur. Volumus tamen quod si aliqui ex eisdem propter debi- tum sententiis huiusmodi sunt astricti, de ipso satisfaciant ut tenentur, ac etiam quod ipsi si forte vestro habitu derelicto ad seculum redeant in pristinam sententiam relabantur.
